Jubilee Australia held a Christmas Chamber Music concert in Sydney on Dec. 11.
This time three new musicians performed during the concert. The piano trio performed nine Christmas hymns and carols, and duo featuring alto saxophone and piano performed three traditional hymns. With beautiful harmonies, abundant grace overflowed during the concert.
After the performances, an audience member shared, "Everything was so professional and gracious. The music was so nice, and program notes helped me understand each song's meaning. "
Another member of the audience said that he could meditate on the meaning of Christmas through the concert. The three new three musicians commented that they enjoyed the performance a lot, and they are glad that they could join to the concert.
Following the concert, Jubilee Australia had short meeting with new musicians. Next year, Jubilee Chamber music team is going to have two types of activities. One is regular classical performances based on the church calendar, and the other is performing charity concerts to help other people. Jubilee Australia hopes that through serving other people and praising God with instrumental music, they can find more musicians, and worship God with more beautiful music.
